Mr. Varshit Shah,
Director
Mr. Varshit Shah is one of the founders of Catalyst. He is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics having more than 11 years of experience in the field of capital market, merchant banking, institutional equities, corporate restructuring, finance, and taxation. He was ranked 13th in Asia money polls in 2020 for research in materials sector.
Mr. Nimesh Singh,
Director
Mr. Nimesh Singh is also founder Director of Catalyst. He has over 20 years of experience in Debt syndication, IPO advisory, Corporate restructuring, Private Equity and corporate debt restructuring.
Mr. Kaushik Gandhi,
Director
Mr. Kaushik Gandhi is one of the founder director of Catalyst. He is Chartered Accountant having more than 22 years of experience in capital markets, management consulting, Fund raising, Operational turnarounds, and taxation.
Mr. Poonamchand Kanojia,
Compliance Officer
Mr. Poonamchand Kanojia is an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in law & commerce. He has over 5 years of experience in compliances of Company Law & SEBI Regulations, Preferential Allotment, Private placement of shares & securities, listing of securities with the stock exchanges.
